Vintage Navy Whale Decoupage Wastebasket and Optional Tissue Box Cover

This is a handmade decoupage wastebasket with optional tissue box featuring the Vintage Navy Whale design. There are three different wastebasket styles available: 11" wooden square with a flat top, 11" wood square with a scalloped top, or 12" fluted tin with scalloped top.
