- Hat is not waterproof. It is very difficult to get the hat back to its original state after its been wet. Let the hat air dry, and place heavy objects on the brim to flatten
- Most of the hats are recommended to be spot cleaned or brought to a professional (dry cleaner). A lint roller will help with dust. Small spots can be wiped with a cloth. Hats that have been misshapen are very hard to fix without the help of a professional hat maker
