E-Commerce Customer Service Assistant  

Seeking four year college graduate with experience working in an online or catalog environment with knowledge of customer service, processing customer and sales orders and data entry. The Well Appointed House (www.wellappointedhouse.com) is an online purveyor of luxuries for the home. Candidate will assist in supporting our small Greenwich team (you will support the Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Director) and be responsible for answering calls to our customer service line, creating support tickets and managing incoming product and order inquiries and assist with entering orders with our vendors.
